A shamanic healing session works on taking an issue you have and tracking it back to its cause, whether that be a year ago or twenty years ago, or maybe even from a previous lifetime. By talking about the current presentation of your issue, we can 'activate it' in your energy field, so I can look at understanding the story woven into it, look at parts of yourself you have lost because of it and how it 'sits' in your being creating current behaviour and internal/external situations. In your session I will identify and clear the most affected chakra, and attend to anything that is compromising your energy flow. You will leave your session with a new energy 'map' that is created by you and me, as homework for you to take away. This is an important part of the process that helps to integrate your newly available energy.

Reiki is a universal energy, much like chi or prana talked about in many eastern and yogic philosophies. It is within all of us and around us as a 'field' and can become blocked, unbalanced, depleted or over stimulated. As a result there are any number of symptoms you can suffer with, ranging from sleep issues, emotional imbalances, digestive issues, skin problems, aching muscles, lack of concentration, spaciness or ungrounded, anxiety and many more. As a Reiki practitioner, I am attuned as a channel for Reiki energy and by passing energy to you the client, this can facilitate the rebalancing of your energy field and the body's own natural ability to heal. This in turn affects all personal levels of your mental, emotional, physical and energetic state. As Reiki works on the subtle energy, it does not have to be conducted in person, therefore a distant session can be equally as beneficial and works well if there is an issue with travelling or concerns related to Covid-19.
Shamanic Clearing & Oracle Guidance £50
Come and take some time for yourself and look inwards. Through guided visualisation, and receiving an energy balance, I will help clear away any old energy that may be sitting in your energy field in the form of old stored emotions, unhelpful thoughts and the energy of others that you've picked up along the way, restoring your own energy, reviving a depleted energy body offering you a way to find peace and a centred place within yourself. We will also work with Oracle Cards to give you some guidance and show you steps you can start taking now to a more balanced and empowered you.
Usui Reiki Healing - For your Animal £45

The animals energy can become blocked, unbalanced, depleted or over stimulated. As a result there are any number of symptoms your animal can suffer with, very similar to humans they can present with physical issues ranging from but not limited to - skin, digestive, or muscular problems, behavioural issues toileting problems (home pets), damaging their environment, social problems and many more. As a Reiki practitioner, I am attuned as a channel for Reiki energy and by passing energy to your animal, this can facilitate the rebalancing of their energy field and the body's own natural ability to heal. This in turn affects all levels of their mental, emotional, physical and energetic state. As Reiki works on the subtle energy, it does not have to be conducted in person, therefore a distant session can be equally as beneficial and is ideal for clients with animals who are not local to the Swindon (UK) area.

CONTRA INDICATIONS
For any energy work there are not considered to be any clear contra-indications as it is non-invasive. However there several considerations to be made.
REIKI
Broken Bones - If there is a new bone break, then the bone needs to be in the natural ‘resetting’ position as reiki energy knits new tissue together, therefore can cause a bone to start the healing process out of alignment.
Pacemaker – It is not advisable to have energy work if you have a pacemaker fitted as it can affect the electrical mechanism
High Blood Pressure – As reiki generally encourages increased blood flow, although reiki can be applied, care would need to be taken and avoidance of the chest area/heart chakra may be needed
Pregnancy – Receiving reiki when pregnant is usually a pleasant experience and can be really great for the growing baby, however care should be taken in the first trimester and the low belly/sacral chakra should be avoided.
SHAMANIC WORK
Shamanic healing works in the energy field on all levels of the being (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual) therefore care must be taken with those who have pre-existing mental health concerns, although it is not a reason to avoid shamanic work. However as there is not a channelled energy flow into the client throughout, there are less concerns re the above mentioned Reiki conditions.
