Reiki is a universal energy, much like chi or prana talked about in many eastern and yogic philosophies. It is within all humans and around us as a 'field' and animals are no exception. The animals energy can become blocked, unbalanced, depleted or over stimulated. As a result there are any number of symptoms your animal can suffer with, very similar to humans they can present with physical issues ranging from but not limited to - skin, digestive, or muscular problems, behavioural issues such as toileting problems, damaging their environment, social problems and many more. As a Reiki practitioner, I am attuned as a channel for Reiki energy and by passing energy to your animal, this can facilitate the rebalancing of their energy field and the body's own natural ability to heal. This in turn affects all levels of their mental, emotional, physical and energetic state. As Reiki works on the subtle energy, it does not have to be conducted in person, therefore a distant session can be equally as beneficial and is ideal for clients with animals who are not local to the Swindon (UK) area. A good complementary tool is animal communication, which goes hand in hand with Reiki.
