Come and take some time for yourself and look inwards. Through guided visualisation, and receiving an energy balance, I will help clear away any old energy that may be sitting in your energy field in the form of old stored emotions, unhelpful thoughts, the energy of others that you've picked up along the way, restoring your own energy, reviving a depleted energy body offering you a way to find peace and a centred place within yourself. We will also work with Oracle Cards to give you some guidance and show you steps you can start taking now to a more balanced and empowered you.
