Guided Relaxation

This recording is a guided journey through the whole body to gradually let go of tension and relax the whole being.

 

As a short 13 minute practice, this track can be a great way to unwind from a busy day, or perhaps encourage relaxation, when the mind is too busy and creating tension and/or anxiety.

 

Follow my guiding voice and allow yourself to drop into the body as you are taken from the crown of the head, down to the toes and soles of the feet.
